How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account and head to your subscription page from the profile menu or sidebar. From there, you can easily cancel or restart your subscription in your payment dashboard.
Do I have access to my started learning path, when canceling my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel, you will still be able to use all your membership benefits until the end of the billing cycle. After that, you will only have access to free features and resources.
Who can create a learning path on WiseShot?
By Signing up with WiseShot, you can create learning paths. However, we only show you validated paths by WiseShot on the search page.
